This steel coal shovel head is made of carbon steel. You can install your own handle into this shovel head to fit your need.  It is suitable for many uses around the home and garden. For example: Removing ash from the fireplace, moving aggregate/clearing up light rubbish in the garden, or even ridding snow.

"Clean, dry and oil" --- After use, wash off the mud and debris with water, then allow to dry thoroughly. Spray or apply a bit aerosol oil on top of the surface with a soft cloth. This will protect surfaces from further rusting and keep your tools long lasting.
