Frequently Asked Questions 

1) When will i receive my order?

Please refer to Shipping for details. 

2) How does shipment cost?

The cost depends on the shipping option you select and the shipment address. We provide Local (Hong Kong) and Worldwide delivery. For details, please refer to the Shipping for details. 

3) Can I return a purchased item?

Please read Return Policy. 

4) What are the payment options?

For local order, we accept payment by cash, bank transfer and Paypal. For international order, we accept Paypal only.  

5) Do i have to pay sales tax?

All orders may be subject to sale tax depending on the laws of the importing country. You may contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

Return Policy 

Return/Refund

Merchandise is returnable only if production defects are detected. Customers should contact us by email or phone within 14 days from the day of merchandise receipt.Please indicate your name, your order number and give a brief descriptions of the problem of the defective item. 

All returned merchandise has to be in their original packaging. We are sorry that you cannot offer a refund once the product has been used or is damaged or missing parts. 

We can issue a refund to you only when our receipt of your returned product. For your protection, obtain a copy of the shipping certificate, so that you may track your item. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping.  

Replacement/Exchange 

We offer exchange only if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Again, we can only offer you replacement or exchange when our receipt of your return product. Please note that we will first verify the condition of the product before providing an exchange. Remark: In case those items is no longer for sales or out of stock, we will issue you a full refund instead of replacement/exchange. 

Should there be unjustified grounds for the merchandise return/replacement, we reserve the rights to reject such requests. In case there be any disputes arising from the return, the decision of Thegreatgarden.com is the final. 

Return Methods:

Return in Person (Only applicable to Local order) 

Local customer may return the merchandise to our Yuen Long Store after contacting us. We will examine the defective merchandise. Exchange will be arranged for you if the merchandise is proved to be defective. (In case those items is no longer for sales or out of stock, we will issue you a full refund instead of replacement/exchange.) 

Return by Mail 

Customer should pack the returned item in a proper manner. All returned merchandise has to be in their original packaging. We are sorry that you cannot offer a refund once the product has been used or is damaged or missing parts.
